Explora 178 ruedas listas

Cómo Usar la Ruleta

Tres pasos, unos quince segundos.

1. Agrega tus nombres

Spin the Wheel FAQ

Is SpinWave really free to use?

Yes. Every tool on SpinWave is free, with no account, no trial period and no download. The site is supported by advertising, which is why you may see ad units around the wheel.

Is the spin wheel truly random?

The winner is chosen with crypto.getRandomValues(), the browser’s cryptographically secure random number generator, rather than Math.random(). Each segment has exactly the same chance of winning on every spin, no matter how many times it has already won.

How many names can I add to the wheel?

You can put between 2 and 100 items on a single wheel. Text size shrinks automatically as you add more names so labels stay readable, and long names are shortened on the wheel face while the full name still shows in the winner pop-up.

Can I save a wheel and use it again tomorrow?

Yes. Press "Save & get link" and SpinWave stores the wheel and gives you a short shareable URL. Bookmark it, paste it into your lesson plan, or send it to a colleague — opening the link rebuilds the same wheel with the same names and colours.

Do I need to install anything to use it in class?

No. SpinWave runs entirely in the browser on any laptop, tablet, Chromebook or phone. It works on school Wi-Fi and needs no admin rights, which makes it easy to use on locked-down classroom computers.

How do I remove a name after it has been picked?

When the winner pop-up appears, choose "Remove winner". The name is deleted from the wheel and the remaining segments resize automatically, so you can keep spinning until everyone has had a turn.

Can I use SpinWave for a Facebook giveaway?

Yes, and it is one of the most common uses. Copy the list of commenters or entrants, paste it into the items box, and spin on screen or on video. Because the spin is visible, your audience can see the draw happen rather than taking your word for it.

Does the wheel work during a live stream?

It does. Use the Fullscreen button to fill the screen with just the wheel, then capture that window or browser source in OBS or Streamlabs. Sound effects can be muted from the same toolbar if they clash with your stream audio.

Can I change the colours of the wheel?

Every segment has its own colour picker, and the customise panel lets you change the wheel background, label text colour and pointer colour. Teachers often match the wheel to their school colours before screen-sharing it.

Does SpinWave store the names I type in?

Names stay in your browser unless you press "Save & get link". Only then are the wheel title, items and colours stored, so that the share link can rebuild the wheel later. We do not ask for or store anything about the people on your list.
